Important Notice from the Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI)
The IAI has officially addressed the recent issues faced by candidates during the May 2025 exam session (held between May 21st and 30th), where several students were unable to successfully upload their answer scripts.
A detailed review revealed that many candidates did not follow the guidelines properly—specifically the 15-minute dedicated upload window provided after the end of the official exam duration.
It was observed that numerous students waited until the final seconds (sometimes the last 30 seconds) of the upload window to submit their scripts, which violates the instructions clearly communicated before and during the exams.
Key Clarification from IAI:
- The 15-minute upload period is additional to the exam time.
- Uploads must be completed well before the end of this window.
- Submissions made in the final seconds cannot be accepted due to protocol breaches.

Moving forward, all students are strongly advised to:
- Finish their exam within the given time.
- Use the entire 15-minute upload window effectively and not wait till the end.
