Leadership – Actuarial

Role Summary:

A pivotal leadership opportunity for a seasoned Actuarial professional to drive statutory forecasting, shape complex valuation methodologies, and execute strategic reinsurance initiatives for HealthHelp, a WNS Company. This role is crucial in influencing financial strategy and ensuring regulatory compliance across US/UK statutory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end statutory forecasting and present comprehensive forecast packages to key stakeholders.
• Provide strategic actuarial support for internal and external reinsurance transactions.
• Shape and advocate for statutory valuation methodologies (e.g., VM-22, GOES, IMR) for new products and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Valuation, and Investment teams on ALM strategies and capital management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to close complex reinsurance transactions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• ASA with 10+ years of actuarial experience (FSA preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Actuarial Science, Math, Stats).
• Deep expertise in U.S. Statutory valuation frameworks (VM-20, VM-21, VM-22, GOES, IMR, Reinsurance AAT).
• Experience with AXIS modeling software.
• Strong understanding of capital management and fixed/variable annuity products.
