Define the Reinsurance Growth Strategy: Head of L&H Pricing, India
This is a senior leadership opportunity to be the Head of Life & Health Pricing for the India region. You will be responsible for defining the profitable growth trajectory of our L&H Reinsurance portfolio, leading a multi-location team, and acting as the final technical authority on new business.

Strategic Scope and Responsibilities
This role is centered on accountability, leadership, and market influence:
P&L and Pricing Authority:
- Hold ultimate sign-off authority for new L&H quotes and tenders.
- Accountable for ensuring all written business aligns with company standards and achieves the market plan.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and strategically direct a team of six actuaries across Mumbai and Bangalore.
- Support and drive the development of actuarial staff, managing both short- and medium-term priorities.
Market & Product Innovation:
- Provide strategic input on regulatory changes, market trends, and competitive forces impacting the business.
- Lead the technical and project management input for cutting-edge L&H product development initiatives.
Portfolio Sustainability:
- Partner with Portfolio Management and Valuation teams to rigorously monitor inforce performance and develop data-driven pricing guidelines.

- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
