Terms & Conditions
1.Admission & Eligibility: Admission is confirmed only upon document verification and receipt of fees. Admission is non-transferable. If the Student is a minor, the parent/guardian accepts these Terms on the Student’s behalf.
2.Fees & Taxes: Fees are payable as invoiced and subject to applicable taxes/levies. Late/failed payments may result in suspension and recovery of bank/gateway charges and reasonable collection costs.
3.Refunds & Cancellations: Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the Institute cancels a Course in full prior to commencement, the sole remedy is a refund of fees actually received (net of gateway charges), unless otherwise required by law.
4.Installments & Default: Where permitted, installments must be paid on/before due dates. Non payment may lead to suspension/termination of enrollment; pending dues remain payable.
5.Scholarships/Discounts: Scholarships, concessions, or promotional pricing are discretionary, non encashable, and may be withdrawn on disciplinary/academic/fee default.
6.Delivery & Access: Access (recorded/online/offline) is personal, time-bound, device-limited, and non assignable. The Institute may modify schedules, faculty, venues, or delivery platforms without liability. Use of third-party platforms is subject to those providers’ terms.
7.Intellectual Property: All content (videos, notes, tests, question banks, software, and derivatives) is the exclusive IP of the Institute. Recording, copying, sharing, mirroring, or creating derivative works is prohibited; breach permits immediate termination and legal action.
8.Conduct & Safety: The Student shall maintain professional conduct across all Modes and comply with lawful directions and center rules. Non-solicitation: the Student shall not directly engage Institute faculty/staff for competing services during enrollment and for six months thereafter.
9.Technology & Availability: The Student is responsible for devices/connectivity. Services may be unavailable during maintenance or events beyond reasonable control; no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free delivery is given.
10.No Outcome Guarantee: The Institute provides academic training only and does not guarantee exam success, exemptions/accreditations, university admission, or employment outcomes.
11.Privacy & Data Use: The Student consents to lawful collection, processing, storage, and use of personal data for admission, academic administration, compliance, and service improvement. Communications (including digital) may be sent with opt-out where legally required. Publicity/testimonials will be used only with the Student’s (or guardian’s) written consent.
12.Limitation of Liability & Indemnity: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Institute’s aggregate liability for any claim relating to a Course is limited to fees actually paid for that Course; indirect or consequential damages are excluded. The Student shall indemnify the Institute for losses arising from breach of these Terms or misuse of the Institute’s IP/systems.
13.Force Majeure: The Institute is not liable for delay, modification, or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control (including regulatory actions, epidemics, natural events, or platform outages); reasonable alternative delivery or rescheduling may be provided.
14.Changes: The Institute may update these Terms, Course structure, or policies; continued enrollment/access after notice constitutes acceptance.
15.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator seated in Mumbai; language: English. Courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction for interim relief.
16.Notices & Communication: Electronic communications to the Student’s stated email/phone constitute valid notice. The Student must keep contact details current.
17.Entire Agreement: Severability & Waiver. These Terms, together with the admission form and fee schedule, constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
